Simply place the Flower Nail between your fingers and rotate as you pipe the flower on the head. Flower nails can also be used as a heat core to prevent high dome cakes. Spray the flower nail with oil and place nail in centre of cake mix with the point end upwards. Once baked, place a board on top of cake, turn cake over and flower nail will pop out.
